Mastodon.Radio is a community space for the Amateur (Ham) Radio community.

We have a very healthy pile of funds sitting in a savings account. Enough to keep things running for multiple years at current cost.

Please do not send me more money, go buy some emojis or directly donate to Caius who made our awesome Alex emoji

Given the size of the pile in reserve future donations may be used to buy pizza or more radios.

Currently the costs looks like this:

• £540.00 a year for a VPS (24G RAM, 6 CPU, 800G storage) (mythic-beasts, 50% discount)
• €25.00 a year for the domain name (register.radio)
• $variable a month for sending emails (mailgun)

Cheltenham Amateur Radio Association provided initial funding to get us started, 100% of funding since then has come from donations.
